Millet
Millet is a food product – a shelled millet seed. This significant cereal does not contain gluten. Millet has the optimal nutritional properties, is very tasty, easily digestible and nutritious.
It has not only the high content of minerals, but also of fiber. Millet contains 68% of starches and 4% of fat. The content of proteins (10%)is also considerable. 10 decagrams of millet contains 1490 kJ. This means that it is more nutritious as the same amount for instance of potatoes. It is naturally sweet, so it is not necessary to sweeten it very much. Due to the high proportion of silica (59% from mineral content) is millet suitable prevention for healthy teeth, nails, hair and skin. Therefore it is recommended to chew up 1 coffee spoon of raw millet in the morning and drink a little water or tea. Its biggest advantage is that it is gluten free and therefore ideal for celiatics and also convalescents or anaemic people (for the high iron content). Millet can be generally recommended for people with allergies. As alkaline cereal, it is also used for stomach problems caused by acidity. It is recommended also for diseases including pancreas and spleen, it is a diet suitable for diabetics, too. It is also possible to strengthen kidneys with it and it has a positive effect on eyes. Millet is preferred especially in winter because it heats a body.
Millet has one more plus – fast preparation. It is enough to scald it twice with boiling water to eliminate the slightly bitter taste, then we strain it through a dense sieve and cook it in 2.5 times the quantity of salt water (approximately 10 minutes) until soft. It has a similar use as rice, i.e. as a side dish to legumes and vegetables, or we mix or sprinkle it with various ingredients such as: soya beans, mushrooms; sliced raw vegetables, cinnamon, honey, oil, nuts. It can be prepared equally well to sweet and also salty taste. It is also used for baking, steaming, into purees and soups. Millet flour is suitable for preparation of purees, sweets, cakes, for the concentration of food, to prepare griddle cakes.

Pellets
The basic raw material for the production of burning pellets are wood sawdust, energy crops, straw, and other vegetable waste. The pelleting plant disposes technologies for the production of agro-pellets, wood pellets and highly burning pellets. The pellets are bio-fuel from the point of view of the price stabile, perspective and highly compressed with heating capacity 16 - 18 GJ/t, low content of ash (0,5 - 3 %), low content of water (approx. 10 %). They are peletts with diameter 8 mm, length 20-30 mm, impact resistant with low demand for warehouse space and enabling automation of burning processes. Annual production plan represents 35 000 tons of pellets. Planned package: 5, 10, 15 kg sacks, 500 and 1000 kg big-bags, freely loaded.
